Seth Games, developed by Seth Pearson, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to our games: Bangle Bandy, Slide Happy, Rotate the Bear, and Beluga Tube (collectively, “the Games”).   • Data Collected by Apple: When you download or use the Games through the App Store or your Apple device, Apple may collect certain data (e.g., device identifiers, usage statistics, or crash reports) as part of their standard processes. This is outside our control and subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy (see apple.com/privacy).

2. How We Use Data

Since we don’t collect personal information, we don’t use it for any purpose like marketing, profiling, or sharing with third parties. The gameplay data sent to Game Center is used solely to enable features like leaderboards and achievements within the Games, as facilitated by Apple.

We do not share any personal data with third parties because we don’t collect it. Any gameplay data transmitted to Game Center is handled by Apple, and we have no access to or control over how they process it beyond enabling the feature.
